We’re all about keeping it close to home. Our butcher counter is stocked with local meat from trusted suppliers who are as committed to sustainable practices as we are.
Our Lashford sausages, crafted in Birmingham, are so good they’re practically a local treasure. We source rare-breed pork from a regenerative farm in Shropshire, where happy pigs roam free (and trust us, you can taste the contentment). And our best-selling venison is sourced from local estates as part of their conservationist efforts to maintain the areas ecosystem.
